Cooking Suggestions

Thaw frozen sea bass slowly in refrigerator. For classic Chinese steamed sea bass, garnish with ginger, green onion and soy sauce, steam until meat turns fully opaque. For charcoalgrilled preparation, score fish surface, season with herbs, lemon and spices then grill until marked and cooked through. Pansear fillets skinside down for crispy golden skin. You can also braise whole fish in rich soybased sauce with vegetables and tofu. Avoid overcooking to keep flesh juicy and tender. Always ensure fish is thoroughly cooked before serving.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen at 18°C or below. Thaw in refrigerator before cooking. Do not refreeze fish once fully thawed. Keep packaging tightly sealed to prevent freezer burn.
